HOW DO I ORDER ONE OF YOUR CUSTOM CLOTHING?
To get started with custom clothing, you can either contact us directly or choose one of the custom products in clothing/accessories and write in the custom request in the text box before adding it to cart. You can also contact us directly, we will need to know your specific requirements, such as the type of clothing you want, the design you want, and the size you need.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We only do returns on misprinted/damaged/defective items which must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

I CAN'T SEE MY FLAG AS AN OPTION, HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU CAN DO MY COUNTRY?
We offer customization for any country’s flag! If you don’t see your flag on our website, don’t worry—just add your countries name to the Custom text box on the product page. Alternatively send us a message, and we’ll be happy to create it for you.
CAN I SEE A MOCK-UP OF MY CUSTOM ORDER BEFORE PLACING IT?
In some cases, yes! Depending on what you're ordering, we may be able to create and send you a mock-up before you place your order. However, for certain items like Blendanas and Blended Flag Grandes, mock-ups can only be created after the order is placed, as they require production costs.
That said, we’re happy to work with you and make any necessary changes until you're completely satisfied with your design. If you’d like to check if a mock-up is possible for your order, feel free to contact us before purchasing!
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes we do. The gift card section can be found in the menu. The minimum amount is £20 to purchase a gift card and is valid up to 24 months
DO YOU OFFER KLARNA OR ANY OTHER FINANCING OPTIONS?
Not at this current time but will hopefully be able to provide this option soon.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally. However, please note that international shipping rates and times may vary. Shipping is usually estimated between 7-15 working days.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS FOR THINGS THAT ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE?
Absolutely! If you have a design in mind that is not an option on the website, email us and we will try to help the best way we can
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM CLOTHING?
Our turnaround time for custom clothing varies depending on the complexity of your order. However, we typically aim to ship and deliver all custom orders within 7-15 days of placing your order. Tracking details will be sent as soon as they become available. T-shirts tend to take shorter time, Flags and bikini’s a bit longer.

CAN I SEE A MOCK-UP BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
Yes! If you'd like to see a mock-up before your order is shipped, that's absolutely fine. Simply contact us when placing your order or add a request in the order notes, and we'll send you a preview before processing your item.
HOW IS THE FLAG PLACED ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
Each flag is unique in its design, so the placement will vary depending on both the flag itself and the product being customised. Some flags may be positioned vertically or horizontally—whichever allows us to show off the flag in the best way possible.
Our Panthyre designers will decide the most visually effective placement during the customisation process. In some cases, we may contact you to confirm the layout, especially if we feel there are multiple options that could work well.
Our goal is always to create a design that looks bold, clean, and represents your flag with pride!
HOW IS THE FLAG PLACED ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
At Panthyre, we use the design details you provide to create your custom order. While we always aim to follow your preferences, we may make the final decision on certain design elements.
If there's an issue or uncertainty—such as the placement of a flag—we’ll reach out to you for clarification. This will be done via email or WhatsApp (if a phone number is provided) as it’s quicker to send and discuss mock-ups.
If we do not hear back from you within 2 days of contacting you, we will make the final design decision to avoid delaying the processing of your order.
